We accept Carelon Commercial as well as Elevance/Carelon EAP Plans. Services are available only to members aged 10 years and older.

In a virtual session, you can speak to a board-certified professional from the privacy of your home. If your counselor recommends an in-person session or a specialty doctor, we will find a qualified expert for you.

Brandiss Marks

Brandiss Marks is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nine years of experience working with children, adults, couples, and families. Her counseling approach is tailored to the specific needs of each client. Brandiss uses a variety of therapies in her practice. She is passionate about practicing mental health and enhancing the lives of others through individualized, unique, and life-changing therapy.

Michele Brady

Michele Brady is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of professional experience. She has worked in various behavioral health settings, including community-based services, mobile crisis response, psychiatric research, and public health services. Michele is a certified trainer in non-violent crisis prevention and intervention. She enjoys working with adults, adolescents, and families and is passionate about helping others achieve healthy emotional and mental functioning.


Amy Feldmaier

Amy Feldmaier (she/her) is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with 14 years’ experience working with children, adults, and families.  Amy has worked in various behavioral health and healthcare settings and is passionate about helping others achieve their goals.  She adapts her therapeutic approach based on each client’s needs.  Amy believes that every person is capable of enhancing their emotional well-being– and that sometimes they just need a caring and empathetic guide to help them get there. 

North Carolina

Leah Jenkins

Leah Jenkins is a North Carolina Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years’ professional experience. She worked as a professional school counselor for nine years prior to pursuing a doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision. Thereafter, Leah began working within a variety of mental health settings including psychiatric residential treatment for children and adolescents. Her advocacy for the counseling field and promotion of client wellness are evident in her work with diverse populations.

New York

Jacqueline Szoychen

Jacqueline Szoychen is a psychotherapist with 15 years’ experience providing counseling services to a wide range of populations– from young children to elders. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Computers from New York University and her Masters from San Diego State University, focused on Direct Practice with a Clinical Advanced Specialization. She has a specific interest in working with LGBTQ+ and Hispanic populations and a specialty in working with trauma– using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused CBT, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She is excited to have the opportunity of helping improve the lives of clients and assisting on their achievements, improve health, and the betterment of their quality of life.
